The Ubert RT408-CC is a compact electric rotisserie, perfect for smaller convenience stores, garage forecourts, and restaurants. It features Ubert's advanced "Grilling Technology," combining convected heat and a quartz grilling lamp to achieve a crispy, golden finish on chickens and roasts.

Supplied with 6 fork spits as standard, the rotisserie is ideal for grilling whole birds. Additionally, a variety of optional basket accessories are available, allowing you to cook a wide range of products such as roasts, pies, and more, offering versatility in any foodservice environment.
