Delivery Times
Most in-stock items are delivered within 1–5 working days, depending on the brand and stock location.
Special-order or imported items may take anywhere from a few days to up to 8 weeks, depending on supplier lead times and product availability.

Delivery Access
Most deliveries are kerbside.
Kerbside deliveries are with a one-person crew, and no unpacking, assembly, or positioning of Goods is included unless agreed in advance. Customers must ensure the delivery location is accessible for standard delivery vehicles (e.g., 18-ton trucks).
Please ensure your item will fit through standard doorways or access points. If you need help with tight access or positioning, let us know before ordering and we’ll advise on options.
Check Your Order on Arrival
We recommend removing the packaging and inspecting your item before signing for the delivery.
