• Inbuilt filtration process has 3 filtering stages - mechanical filters filtrate the biggest particles above 3 microns, then the electronic filtration removes particles down to .001 microns and finally the Active Carbon Filtration removes the odorous smells.
• 3 Independently controlled heating zones - electronically computer controlled with 3 temperature settings - Standby, Lower temperature for meat cooking, Higher temperature for Fish cooking. 
• Computer controls prevent the plate heating beyond the set temperature 
• Cooking plate made of Chrome plated steel - 20mm thick allows plate to maintain temperature even when busy, and is fully welded
• Chrome plated cooking surface is easy to clean, fuel efficient and prevents cross flavouring as it does not absorb food particles
• Grilling area is 900 x 500mm
• Central heating element with aluminium casting plate allows quick and even heat distribution
• Supplied with 3 litre grease drawer
