The Ubert RT408 is a compact, high-volume electric rotisserie perfect for retail outlets and large-scale operations. Designed with glass doors on both sides, it allows for separate loading of raw products and unloading of cooked items for improved hygiene and workflow.

Featuring Ubert's advanced "Grilling Technology," which combines convected heat and quartz grilling lamps, it delivers a crispy, browned finish on chickens, roasts, and more. The rotisserie comes with 6 fork spits as standard, and various basket options are available for cooking a wider range of products, including roasts and pies.
