The Ubert RT406 QSM is a compact electric rotisserie with a self-serve heated display, perfect for smaller convenience stores, garage forecourts, and restaurants.

It features Ubert’s advanced grilling technology, combining convected heat and a quartz grilling lamp for a crispy, golden finish on chickens and roasts. Supplied with 6 fork spits for grilling whole birds, it also offers optional baskets for cooking other items like roasts and pies.
