Salvajor high-output food waste collectors are ideal for operators who cannot dispose of food waste in their waste system or face frequent blockages. They reduce food waste volume by up to 50% and weight by up to 80%, with non-soluble waste collected in a basket for easy disposal.

The high-speed re-circulating water flume eliminates the need for an overhead pre-rinse arm, reducing rinsing time and allowing operators to use both hands. This system minimizes water spillage and significantly cuts water usage, consuming only 7 liters of fresh water per minute while running.
