The Sagi NF101L 5-Tray Undercounter Multifunctional Blast Chiller/Freezer features an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it ideal for slow cooking, thawing, retarding/proofing, de-hydrating, and hot holding.

Designed to hold 1/1 GN or 600 x 400mm bakery trays, it works seamlessly with convection and combi steam ovens. This compact, undercounter unit offers versatile functionality, supporting a wide range of food preparation and preservation tasks.
