This system utilizes camlocks to securely fasten appliances together, with a gasket seal to prevent movement and leakage between units.

The modular design allows appliances to be easily separated or swapped, offering full flexibility to adjust the cookline according to changing menu requirements. It’s a versatile and adaptable cooking suite for dynamic kitchens.
