  • Inbuilt filtration system - Increases oil life upto 50%, it is easy to use and supplied with pump out pipe allowing you to drain oil into waste drum 
  • Energy saving AQA - Automatic Quantity Adjustment - after the initial set up the fryer will automatically adjust the cooking time depending on the weight of product loaded, saving both energy and oil life
  • Controls - Electronic control panel with 4 Favourite menu settings and programmable for upto 20 menus

  • Flat tube heating elements - the increased surface area of a flat tube element increases the heat transfer to the oil - allowing faster recovery time

  • Fitted with automatic fat melting system - fryer initially heats the oil upto 90ºC before energizing full power - this prevents the oil from degrading and helps to save oil usage
