The Palux FER300 Electric Indirect Heat Boiling Pan is perfect for volume caterers requiring high output. It features the unique Permapress enclosed heating system, which ensures quick heat-up times and eliminates the need for a water supply, preventing scaling issues in hard water areas.

The pan accommodates 1/1 GN containers up to 200mm deep and is equipped with electronic controls offering four fast activation settings for precise time and temperature adjustments.
