The Palux FER250 Electric Indirect Heat Boiling Pan is designed for high-output volume catering. Its unique Permapress enclosed heating system ensures fast heat-up times and eliminates the need for a water supply, preventing scaling issues in hard water areas.

The pan is compatible with 1/1 GN containers up to 200mm deep and features electronic controls with four fast activation settings for precise time and temperature adjustments, ensuring efficient and consistent cooking.
