The Moretti Forni Series P80E Heavy Duty Bakery Deck Ovens are perfect for baking bread and other bakery products. Supplied with an embossed steel sheet oven floor as standard, they can also be customized with a refractory stone base upon request.

With the option of an inbuilt steam generator, these ovens offer superior baking performance, making them an ideal choice for professional bakers. The oven comes with a decorative canopy and a proofer on castors for added convenience and mobility.
