The Moretti Forni Neapolis N9 Electric Fired Dome Pizza Oven is the world’s most powerful electric pizza oven, reaching temperatures of up to 510ºC. It replicates the traditional wood-fired oven but without the environmental impact of burning wood, making it ideal for urban environments.

Finished in vintage industrial-style stainless steel, with a heavy cast iron door and black steel hood, it combines durability and style. Equipped with the latest generation of electronic temperature controls, it delivers high-volume, consistent cooking results. The oven's refractory floor and ceramic inner walls retain heat, ensuring even, rapid cooking. Versatile in design, it’s suitable for a variety of dishes, not just pizza.
