The Moduline CSD212E "Plug & Play" 2-Drawer Cook & Hold unit is ideal for operators seeking to slow cook and hold food, either during the day or overnight, helping save labor and reduce product shrinkage. Each of the three drawers has independent temperature control for versatility.

This flexible unit can be placed on top of a 700mm deep worktop or mounted underneath with castors for mobility. It requires no extraction, making it a convenient and adaptable addition to any kitchen.
