Features:

Fitted with Inbuilt water tank and pump - holds 100 ltrs enough for approximately 8 hours use
Fitted with inbuilt waste tank
Supplied with 4 pasta baskets - each fitted with individual timed automatic basket lifts
Pasta boiler tanks and heating elements are manufactured using marine grade 316 stainless steel - will not corrode due to salt in water
Low level water sensor - switches off heating elements so preventing tank and element damage
5 x 1/6gn container capacity (not supplied) heated bain marie - fitted with automatic water fill and low water level sensor
Bain marie is fitted with adjustable temperature controls
Fitted with 2 x 2.6kw Induction hobs - adjustable cooking temperature +35 to 225ºC
Each induction hob is 275 x 320mm in size - fitted with high temperature safety stat
With open storage base underneath
All stainless steel construction - durable and easy to clean
