Its stone-lined interior, covering the floor, ceiling, sides, and rear, ensures even heat distribution and minimizes heat loss when the door is frequently opened. The image also features the oven with an optional mobile heated base.

Heavy duty pizza oven with mirror finish stainless steel front and decorative hood fitted as standard
Inner oven chamber made of refractory stone to walls, rear, floor and ceiling - this reduces heat loss when the door is opened frequently and gives a more even heat distribution.
Fitted with steam release valve and counter balanced doors
Single deck oven with refractory brick oven base - will take 12 x 330mm pizza's per deck
