ISA Ice Cream Display Freezer Delta RV Ventilated Scoop

The ISA Delta RV is a premium ventilated gelato display with some unique features. It's ultra-compact design fits 12 Napoli pans into a footprint of only 1276mm by 819mm making it ideal where space is at a premium. It also has a dual zone refrigeration system allowing for two different temperatures, which means you can serve ice cream, gelato, and sorbets at the temperature and texture you require for your product (6 pans on the left and 6 pans on the right have a separate temperature controlled zone with its own ventilated air flow to keep its own precise temperature).

The unit also includes night storage covers, which when not in use fit into the rear of the cabinet, and when required slide over the ice cream at night preserving the quality of the product without having to remove it from the cabinet into separate frozen storage. The whole cabinet is convenient, quality and compact.
