The Inotech US Legend Chicken rotisseries are designed for "Front of House" cooking, featuring striking "Wall of Flame" burners and enamel-painted fronts. Available in a choice of four colors and four spit options, these rotisseries offer adjustable spits that move from front to rear, allowing you to keep cooked birds warm.

Choice of colours - Red, Black, Green or Blue - with choice of Brass or Stainless trims
4 Spit capacity - Each spit has its own motor and will hold 6 x 1.2kg chickens - spit length is 612mm
Optional 6 and 8 spit options - prices on request
Vertical spit can be supplied as an option ideal for hanging Leg of lamb etc - can not be retrofitted ( as on product image)
Spit can be moved backward or forwards allowing different sizes of meat to be cooked.
Rotisseries is supplied with glass door - keeps heat in and is hygienic
