The Inotech ITE3 Electric Rotisserie is specifically designed for "Front of House Cooking," offering an impressive visual and functional solution for live cooking displays. Featuring painted enamelled front panels, it is available in a choice of two colors to match your restaurant's aesthetic. An added benefit is the option to fit an extraction canopy, also available in matching colors.

This innovative canopy includes an inbuilt charcoal filtration system, eliminating the need for external venting. The canopy adds 350mm to the height of the rotisserie. The image showcases the 6-spit model on an optional mobile base, providing flexibility and ease of use in busy kitchens. Dims: 1360w x 650d
