The Giorik Rooster Booster SETE061FW combi oven is designed specifically for cooking chickens.

It features an external fat collection tray to prevent fat from clogging the drainage system and burning inside the oven, reducing smoke and avoiding food tainting. The oven includes user-friendly programmable touchscreen controls, an inbuilt wash system, a core cooking probe with Delta T, and a multi-level cooking program for efficient results.
