  • Capacity - Holds 7 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm containers at 74mm shelf centres (other bakery rack options available)
  • Easy clean - Oven is fitted with inbuilt automatic liquid wash system with 3 modes - "Soft, Medium or Hard wash"
  • Touchscreen controls - Easy to use and read 7" Touchscreen controls 
  • 3 Cooking Settings - Manual Mode, Once Touch or Recipe book
  • One touch cooking mode - just select one of your 9 favourites shown on the home menu - pre-heat is automatic
  • Recipe menu book  Store upto 85 pre-set menus - 9 phases of cooking + pre-heat available in each programme, this can be modified and stored to suit your needs
  • Multi level shelf cooking - each shelf having its own timer allowing breakfast menus etc to be easily designed
  • Recipe Tuner -  When in a programme you can adjust the colour of product, cooking times and temperature automatically.
