Direct heating of water tank
Two separate tanks - Twin basket - water capacity 2 x 242 litres, basket load capacity 2 x 24-30kg of produce (pasta)
Water filling can be pre-set - automatically filling the kettle with the correct amount
Inbuilt timer allows you to pre set cooking start
316 marine grade stainless steel tank and basket - prevents corrosion when foods with higher acidity are being cooked
Perforated basket - even rice can be cooked.
Electronic controls - showing temperature and cooking time
Retractable hot/cold wash down shower - can be used for cleaning or cooling down product once cooked.
