High temperature Indirect heat cooking - these models are ideal for Low to medium density products, such as custard, jam, marmalade and sauces
Capacity - 200 Litres - 40 - 160 Kg of product

Indirect heat - Kettle jacket is filled with Mineral oil - does not boil dry like water jacket - needs refilling every 18 months
