The CB Hi-Speed Infrared Electric Rotisseries are designed to cook a variety of products simultaneously, including whole chickens, meat and poultry portions, ribs, boneless joints, fish, and vegetables. Each spit is equipped with its own cooking program and timer for precise control.

Technology - High speed rotisserie fitted with the latest infra red heating technology with high heat intensity to give "Crispy" finish
3 Cooking options - Fast (ideal for cooking white meats, vegetables and fish) Soft 1 (for meats needing to reach a core temperature of 55/65'C) Soft 2 (for product needing to reach a core temperature of 80'C - pork belly etc)
Grill function - allows the operator to increase the heat intensity to give a crispy browning finish
Speed - Infra heating reduces cooking times and energy consumption - no pre-heat up time needed
Controls - Each spit has its own Touchscreen programmable timer with inbuilt timer - allows multi product cooking
Capacity - 3 spits - 9 x 1kg bird or 9kg of grilling products
Cooking times - whole chicken 1kg 60 mins, 2kg beef joint 30 mins (rare), 1kg sliced potatoes 45 mins, baby rack of ribs 30 mins, whole fish 25 mins, 1kg leg of lamb 70 mins.
Cleaning - Infra red element is easy to clean there are no fan motors or heating rods
