The CB Chef cooking block is a revolutionary unit featuring a high-speed infrared electric rotisserie oven, capable of cooking a range of products such as whole chickens, meat and poultry portions, ribs, fish, and vegetables, all at once.

It also includes an electric pizza oven and convection oven. With a compact footprint of less than 1 square meter, this versatile unit is perfect for operators in convenience stores, forecourts, and contract catering who need to maximize cooking options in limited space.
