The Baratta PRAF-500 Cook/Chill Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle is perfect for cooking stews, sauces, stocks, and more. The water jacket heating ensures that no heat source comes into direct contact with the kettle, preventing burning of delicate products.
Its programmable inbuilt stirrer rotates in both directions for even mixing. The kettle features motorized tilting for easy and safe emptying, and can chill products after cooking via an external water chiller, circulating chilled water through the jacket.
