The Baratta PRAF-330 Cook/Chill Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle is ideal for cooking stews, sauces, stocks, and more. The water jacket heating system prevents direct contact between the heat source and the kettle, eliminating the risk of burning.

It features a programmable inbuilt stirrer that rotates in both directions for even mixing. With motorized tilting for easy and safe emptying, it also includes a cook/chill function, allowing products to be chilled in the kettle using an external water chiller circulating chilled water through the jacket.

  • Easy to use programmable touchscreen controls  - allows you to program at the touch of a button entire recipes with different stages of cooking with Mixer, temperature, time and water filling settings. Can also be used in manual mode.
  • Electric Indirect heat - 330 Litre capacity
  • The water jacket has an automatic fill system with safety shut off system - this prevents it boiling dry - the jacket is also used to chill the product once cooking is completed
  • Water treatment system must be fitted to jacket water supply 
  • Fitted with high pressure release valve to jacket
  • Cooking tank is made of 316 marine grade stainless steel resistant to acidic based products
  • Controls allow automatic water fill of kettle to pre set amount
