The Arris FT1207EL High Output Griddle is designed with energy efficiency in mind. Its heating elements are sandwiched in an aluminum block, which is in direct contact with the griddle plate.

This design allows for fast heat recovery and ensures even temperature distribution across the entire cooking surface, eliminating the traditional "hotspots" commonly found in other griddles for consistent cooking results.
