The Moduline CSD313E "plug & play" 3 drawer cook & hold unit is an excellent solution for operators looking for both cooking and holding capabilities in a flexible format. With individual temperature controls for each of the three drawers, it allows for precise slow cooking and efficient food holding, making it ideal for overnight use or extended service periods.

This unit is designed to fit seamlessly on a 700mm deep worktop or can be placed underneath it with the addition of castors for mobility.
