Salvajor high-output food waste collectors are perfect for operators who cannot dispose of food waste in their waste system or deal with blockages. These units reduce food waste volume by up to 50% and weight by up to 80%, with non-soluble waste collected in a basket for easy disposal.

Featuring a high-speed re-circulating water flume instead of an overhead pre-rinse arm, rinsing time is significantly reduced. This allows operators to use both hands and reduces water spillage. Water usage is minimized to just 7 liters per minute, as it is constantly re-circulated during operation.
