Salvajor high-output food waste collectors are perfect for operators who cannot dispose of food waste in their waste system or face frequent blockages. These units can reduce food waste volume by up to 50% and weight by as much as 80%.

Featuring a high-speed re-circulating water flume, they eliminate the need for overhead pre-rinse arms, cutting rinsing time while allowing operators to use both hands. The constant re-circulation of water reduces consumption to just 7 liters per minute, significantly minimizing water usage and preventing spillage.
