The Sagi NF51M 5-Tray Multifunctional Blast Chiller/Freezer offers an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it versatile for slow cooking, thawing, retarding/proofing, de-hydrating, and hot holding.

Designed to accommodate 1/1 GN or 600 x 400mm bakery trays, it seamlessly works in tandem with convection and combi steam ovens, providing efficient food preservation and preparation across various cooking processes.
