The Sagi NF51H 5-Tray Multifunctional Blast Chiller/Freezer is a versatile unit designed to sit underneath an oven. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it offers multiple functions, including slow cooking, thawing, retarding/proofing, de-hydrating, and hot holding.

Built to hold 1/1 GN or 600 x 400mm bakery trays, it works seamlessly alongside convection and combi steam ovens, making it an ideal solution for efficient food preparation and storage in commercial kitchens.
