The Sagi KAFRI roll bakery retarder prover accommodates the Euronorm 600 x 400mm tray system, allowing two trolleys to be loaded simultaneously.

With fully automatic controls, the process is simplified for operators—just load and press a button. The electronic controls manage the retarding and proofing phases with the right humidity, and can be set to activate at a specific time, helping to optimize operations and reduce labor costs.

Roll In - will accept upto 1 trolley of 20 x 800 x 600mm trays, 40 x 600 x 400mm trays -with 2 trolleys or 1 trolley of 18" x 30" UK Bakery trays
Stainless steel base with ramp to enable easy loading/unloading of trolleys
Automatic electronic controls - temperature range -2/+30ºC - can be used in either manual or automatic mode
Fan assisted refrigeration system with automatic defrost and self re-evaporation
Proofing cycle by use of electric heaters and precise control of the relative humidity with humidity regulator - mains water supply is required
Electronic controls have an inbuilt timer allowing you to set the unit to suit your operation
