The Moduline CSD003E "Plug & Play" Slimline 3-Drawer Cook & Hold unit is perfect for operators who want to slow cook and hold food, either during the day or overnight, to reduce labor costs and minimize product shrinkage. It keeps food at the ideal temperature for extended periods.

This compact and versatile unit can be placed on top of a 700mm deep worktop or installed underneath with castors for easy mobility. No extraction is required, making it a flexible and efficient addition to any kitchen setup.
