• Top and bottom oven heating elements - each individually controlled with individual temperature readout
• Programmable Digital "Touchscreen" Electronic controls with precise temperature control upto 450'C, 
• 9 menu settings can be pre-programmed
• Fitted with digital temperature readout for oven and top and bottom element settings
• Full width glass door allows easy viewing
• Fitted with interior light - with timed switch off
• High quality insulation - laminated glass panels and ceramic oven interior result in low energy consumption 
• Can be supplied with motorised extraction canopy (exhausting to the outside) or  can be supplied with Re-Circulating system with inbuilt carbon filter and steam damper
• Can be supplied with heated base or open stand option
• Optional Steam generator can be fitted to any deck for Bakery products
