The Giorik 74FTGR is a medium-duty solid top range equipped with 2 open burners for versatile cooking. It features a high-powered central burner for fast cooking, while the outer area provides a gentler heat, ideal for simmering.

The central burner cover is removable, allowing you to use a wok pan for stir-frying or other high-heat cooking tasks. This flexible design makes it perfect for foodservice operations that require both high heat and precise temperature control.

The solid top reaches 500ºC in the central area 200ºC on the edges
Flush mounted Plate is 300 x 500mm and is surrounded by a grease trough
Piezo ignition and pilot to central burner
1 x 4kw + 1 x 8Kw open burners to the right (can be supplied to the left) both fitted with pilot lights
Pressed top beneath the burners for easy cleaning and supplied with Black enamelled cast iron grates
Thermostatically controlled oven 150 to 300ºC
Gas oven will take 2/1gn pans - 693w x 580d x 300h - supplied with 1 shelf
