• 2 way rotary bottom mixer integrated into the bottom of the kettle, free to use in all positions
• 7 mixing modes including auto reverse - these can be modified to suit your recipes
• Stepless Variable speed 10 - 160rpm
• Mixer drive shaft in a protective pipe sleeve, shaft bearing above kettle rim (prevents clogging up of bearings)
• Heavy duty mixer - well suited to cold preparation such as mashed potato, kneading & whipping 
• Parts of the mixing tool can be replaced with special tools to suit product
• Mixing tools disassembles into 3 parts with a maximum weight of 3kg each and  can be washed in a standard 500mm x 500mm dishwasher basket

• Mixer can be activated with a pulse switch when kettle is tilted or tilting
• Kettle Construction &  Cleaning -
• The kettle is easy to clean, controls are fitted with a choice of 4 washing programmes - wash brush tool is supplied as an accessory
• Wash complete notification with a summary of water & energy consumption
• Water saving of upto 80% can be achieved with the wash system and 45 minutes in cleaning time
• Top section of the kettle is separate from the heated area so it does not become hot during cooking
• Rim height is 900mm from floor - 600mm when tilted 
• Kettle can be fitted with mains water chilling valve - jacket water needs to drain into local drain for this application
• Kettle inner is made of marine grade 316 stainless steel allows acidic foods to be cooked
• Motorised tilting of the kettle is standard -  there is plenty of room under the lip for a trolley or a standard GN sized container
• The brake function of the tilting motor ensures an immediate stop when tilt switch is released - no need for "tilt back"
• Volume markings on the inside of the kettle

• Lid is fitted with a safety grid allowing ingredients to be added during cooking
