The Baratta PRAF-600 Cook/Chill Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle is designed for efficient cooking of stews, sauces, stocks, and more. Its water jacket heating system prevents direct heat contact, reducing the risk of burning. The programmable inbuilt stirrer rotates both ways for even mixing.
The kettle features motorized tilting for safe and quick emptying. After cooking, an external water chiller can circulate chilled water through the jacket to chill the product directly in the kettle.
