The Baratta PDA-300GA Gas Boiling Pan with direct heat is a cylindrical boiling pan designed for quick and efficient boiling of products such as vegetables, pasta, and more. Its direct heat system ensures fast and even cooking, making it ideal for high-volume boiling tasks.

For more delicate applications, such as sauces, custards, or jams, we recommend using the "Indirect Heat" version to prevent burning and ensure better control over the cooking process.
