The Moretti Forni Series P Heavy Duty Bakery Deck Ovens are perfect for baking bread and other bakery products. They come standard with an embossed steel sheet oven floor, but can be upgraded to a refractory stone base upon request.

With the option of an inbuilt steam generator, these ovens are an excellent choice for professional bakers. The ovens are also equipped with a decorative canopy and a proofer on castors for added convenience and flexibility.
