Its non-porous hard chrome plate finish prevents cross-flavors, minimizes heat radiation to reduce fuel costs, ensures even heat distribution, and is easy to clean, making it a practical and energy-efficient choice for high-volume cooking.

3 cooking zones - each individually thermostatically controlled - up to 340'C
Each burner has a power of 10kw and has piezo ignition
Cooking area - 900 x 500mm
Supplied with side and rear splash guards as standard
Supplied with 2 removable grease drawers each side of the griddle plate and height adjustable legs
Heavy duty 304 stainless steel body - makes it durable and easy to clean
Can be fitted with upto 3 x Drop down Clam head for double sided cooking - see accessories
Can be supplied with ribbed or 1/2 smooth + 1/2 ribbed, or 2/3 smooth + 1/3 ribbed griddle plate - price on request
