The Giorik SER201 Steambox Evolution Roll In combi oven comes equipped with user-friendly Touchscreen controls, a core cooking probe featuring Delta T, and a retractable hand shower. It is essential to install a water treatment system for the oven.

The oven has a capacity for 20 1/1 gastronorm pans or 16 bakery trays measuring 600 x 400mm, with the option for a bakery trolley rack.
