The Grelhaco charcoal chargrills are available in two models: one for chicken, with a 240mm gap between the charcoal bed and cooking grates, and one for meat or fish, with a 120mm gap.
The larger gap in the chicken model reduces flare-ups by keeping the fat-burning area farther from the food, ensuring smoother cooking compared to the meat version.
