The Ubert Expo Electric Rotisserie is designed for "Front of House Cooking" and features painted enamel front panels, available in a choice of two colors. An added feature is the option to fit an extraction canopy in matching colors, which includes an inbuilt charcoal filtration system, eliminating the need for external venting.

The extraction system adds 350mm to the height of the rotisserie. The image displays the 6-spit model on an optional mobile base for added mobility.

Infra-red ceramic heating elements give high intensity grilling, reduce preheat time and reduced weight loss.
The glass fronted heating elements makes cleaning easy
