• Convected Heat system - Thermostatically controlled with overhead ceramic heaters guarantees temperature control and maintains product quality 
• Humidity - Slide out manual water tray (with integrated tool storage) gives optimum humidity increasing product display time
• Overhead ceramic heaters are thermostatically controlled giving you optimum temperature control
• Easy to clean - the open heating basin doesn't have obstructions like fan motors etc to hinder cleaning 
• Front glass panels lifts up on gas struts (operator service models) - allowing loading from the front and easy cleaning
• Electronic digital thermostatically controlled 0 - 85ºC
• Mirror glass doors to rear in effect doubles the products on display - easily removed for cleaning
