The Ubert RT616CC Double Stacked Rotisserie is designed for heavy-use retail outlets, featuring an automatic inbuilt wash system for enhanced hygiene and labor efficiency. It incorporates Ubert's advanced "Grilling Technology," combining convected heat and quartz grilling lamps to deliver a crispy, browned finish on chickens and roasts. Supplied with 8 fork spits as standard for grilling whole birds, the rotisserie also offers optional basket attachments for cooking other items like roasts and pies, making it versatile and perfect for high-demand environments.
