The Ubert RT608CC is equipped with an automatic inbuilt wash system, saving valuable labor time and ensuring higher hygiene standards. Ideal for high-traffic retail outlets, this rotisserie features Ubert's latest "Grilling Technology," combining convected heat with a quartz grilling lamp for a perfectly crispy, browned finish on chickens and roasts.

It comes with 8 fork spits as standard for grilling whole birds, with additional basket options available for cooking other products like roasts and pies.
