The Ubert RT606CC is equipped with an automatic inbuilt wash system, saving valuable labor time and ensuring higher hygiene levels. Designed for heavy-use retail outlets, it features Ubert's advanced "Grilling Technology," which combines convected heat and quartz grilling lamps for a crispy, browned finish on chickens and roasts.

The rotisserie comes with 8 fork spits as standard for grilling whole birds, with additional basket options available for cooking other products such as roasts and pies.
