Features:

Inbuilt filtration process has 3 filtering stages - mechanical filters filtrate the biggest particles above 3 microns, then the electronic filtration removes particles down to .001 microns and finally the Active Carbon Filtration removes the odorous smells.
3 Independently controlled heating zones - electronically computer controlled with 3 temperature settings - Standby, Lower temperature for meat cooking, Higher temperature for Fish cooking.
Computer controls prevent the plate heating beyond the set temperature
Cooking plate made of Chrome plated steel - 20mm thick allows plate to maintain temperature even when busy, and is fully welded
Chrome plated cooking surface is easy to clean, fuel efficient and prevents cross flavouring as it does not absorb food particles
Grilling area is 900 x 500mm
Central heating element with aluminium casting plate allows quick and even heat distribution
Supplied with 3 litre grease drawer
Fitted with high temperature safety stat - protects plate from possible damage
